Staff at a cozy local eatery undoubtedly see familiar faces regularly.
However, two patrons dining at Norman’s in Kirkburton during Friday lunchtime stood out more readily compared to most others.
Relishing a dinner in the West Yorkshire village were Bruce Springsteen And Stephen Graham, who portrays The Boss's father in the film Deliver Me From Nowhere.
The 75-year-old musician, who is currently on a UK tour, was greatly impressed by Graham’s ‘remarkable’ depiction of Douglas ' Dutch Springsteen expressed his interest in forming a friendship with the 51-year-old Liverpool-born actor.
The team at Norman’s — known for attracting gastronomy enthusiasts with their tapas-style menu — was taken aback when Graham’s representative phoned to reserve a table, originally scheduled for 5 pm.
However, he later changed his plans to 1 pm due to an evening commitment for the Springsteen concert, which took place last night at Manchester’s Co-Op Live.

The duo relished sampling much of the menu, featuring items like Saddleback pork chop and sweet glazed beef featherblade paired with horseradish butter.
Following their dinner, the two gentlemen were asked to go to the kitchen where they took photos with the team members.
Owner Ollie Roberts informed The Mail on Sunday: "After they departed, the employees became ineffective as everybody seemed to be wandering about in a state of confusion."
'Stephen Graham was the highlight everyone looked forward to, but I guess it’s hard to imagine Bruce Springsteen dropping by for a meal, isn’t it?'
