Having completed all of Elden Ring Nightreign 's content, I can confidently say it's the most different FromSoftware title in the last couple of years.
While this speaks both positively and negatively about the game, as there are multiple elements out of place or poorly executed, it retains many interesting ideas that could be better catalyzed in future projects .
Among the most relevant, the characters' special abilities are a great success , as they have provided the game with a strategic component on both an offensive and defensive level that changes completely the multiplayer experience the studio had accustomed us to.
Therefore, both to study which are the most effective and to analyze them in depth, having finally defeated the Nightlord makes me feel comfortable bringing you this list of the eight best Ultimate Arts in Elden Ring Nightreign , ranked .
Raider
Totem Stela

As the only ability in the game that can have more counterproductive effects than positive ones, the Raider 's Totem Stela is undeniably the worst Ultimate Art.
While the damage it deals is decent, as is the attack buff it gives to the team, the Raider has no way to take advantage of the height it provides unless he has ranged heroes nearby .
However, the main problem with Totem Stela is that it's partially bugged, allowing it to trap enemies inside the stone obelisk , which will prevent you from damaging them but won't prevent them from hurting you.
Just because of the dozens of times its use harmed me more than it helped, this is the only Ultimate Art whose position I feel absolutely confident in due to its inconsistency .
Ironeye
Single Shot

Unlike the previous ability, Ironeye's Single Shot isn't affected in any way by the game's technical limitations , so by default it takes priority over Totem Stela.
The skill is spectacular and can be quite useful in numerous situations thanks to the invincibility frames it provides and the way it can dispatch small enemies with one projectile, but it doesn't have many additional uses.
In Elden Ring Nightreign , most abilities can serve both offensive and defensive functions, but in Single Shot's case, using it to revive teammates is incredibly difficult , something especially missed against the tougher bosses.
The range makes up for the ability's directional limitations, though it requires such precise and conscious positioning from the player that very few can take full advantage of it .
Guardian
Wings of Salvation

Although the Guardian is my least-played hero, and I don't really like his mechanical style, I can't deny that many of my games were saved by his Ultimate Art .
Wings of Salvation is a powerful tool thanks to its ability to deal damage while protecting a considerable area of effect, especially since it revives allies even if they have three bars to resurrect.
My biggest and only issue with the Guardian's ability is its targeting, as I feel it doesn't keep up with the speed at which all fights in Limveld unfold .
I always found it difficult to aim, and while it may just be a typical case of a skill issue, I also couldn't find anyone who could consistently target it in the most opportune moments of pressure .
Recluse
Soulblood Song

At first, the Recluse gives the impression of being the worst character in all of Elden Ring Nightreign , but that's because she has the highest skill ceiling of all of them by far.
Her special ability, Soulblood Song , is the best representation of this, as it doesn't have a direct impact on fights because it doesn't deal damage or provide defenses per se, but it's one of the most powerful among top players .
Since it allows you to recover HP and Mana as players attack within range, it can often be the difference between life and death in the most demanding encounters .
If you combine her with other characters that consume a lot of mana—a scarce resource since it's not as easy to recover as HP— this Ultimate Art can carry an entire fight on its own if your team can take advantage of it .
Wylder
Onslaught Stake

Maybe it's just me because I tend to play solo more than in a team, but Onslaught Stake is the most underrated ability in the entire game .
Between the damage it deals to both HP and poise on enemies and the distance it grants the Wylder after use, it's a useful tool in almost any situation.
It's also a great option for traversing the map, as combined with Claw Shot, you can travel long distances in a brief time, allowing you to reach level 15 with all your Estus Flasks by day three fairly regularly .
Its main shortcoming is that it doesn't fit well with the game's co-op style, as it seems like an ability designed for solo combat. So, I can understand why many people find it inferior to other Ultimate Arts , but it has such a great overall impact that it deserves recognition.
Duchess
Finale

At the end of the day, Elden Ring Nightreign is a co-op game, which is why I believe Duchess 's Finale is one of the most powerful and consistent abilities in the entire experience.
By making all team members invisible, it can be the difference between life and death, both by removing enemy aggro from your teammates and allowing you to revive the fallen without major inconvenience .
Additionally, since attacks don't remove invisibility, it offers several seconds of freedom to unleash your full arsenal without worrying about dodging or saving stamina.
It's even useful for exploring the map without attracting the attention of more powerful field bosses , helping you avoid risking your available runes or wasting time in encounters that will only limit your chances of getting ahead in the run.
Revenant
Immortal March

Revenant is a complicated but fascinating character who functions very differently from the rest of the Nightfarers, though her Ultimate Art is a powerhouse of massive proportions.
Speaking of tools that are both offensive and defensive, Immortal March not only revives fallen allies and prevents their HP from being reduced to zero , but also deals massive amounts of damage .
Simultaneously, this Art activates the special ability of Revenant's summons at the time of its execution, and it boasts several of the most overpowered relics in the game, giving it practically immeasurable potential.
Having one of these characters on your team almost single-handedly guarantees the run's viability, something virtually no other hero in the game can claim , so it speaks volumes.
Executor
Aspects Of The Crucible: Beast

Having played a good number of hours with every character and understanding each of their core mechanics, I feel the Executor has the best Ultimate Art .
Because it's useful in as many circumstances as possible, Aspects of the Crucible: Beast is a power that works both solo and co-op , as well as serving both offensive and defensive functions.
Fully healing, clearing camps of small enemies, resurrecting your teammates with its broad attacks, destroying the poise bar of every boss… There isn't a single situation where using it hasn't been extremely beneficial.
Plus, unlike the other more powerful abilities, it recovers extremely quickly , so you don't have to save it every second in case a more opportune situation arises to use it.
That said, I admit the relics it has aren't entirely useful, but it makes up for it by being the most versatile ability in all of Elden Ring Nightreign .
