A royal chronicler claims that Meghan Markle "harshly scolded" her wedding caterer to such an extent that the late Queen Elizabeth intervened.
Katie Nicholl, a royal biographer, stated that the Duchess of Sussex experienced a strained interaction with her caterer prior to her marriage to Prince Harry.
Nicholl’s assertion regarding the Duchess of Sussex was made in her publication 'The New Royals', according to reports from the Daily Mail.
“At one point before the wedding, as Meghan was at Windsor Castle for a food sampling session, she had a heated interaction with an employee,” according to Nicholl’s account.

A source informed Nicholl that the heated argument arose after the duchess remarked, "She could detect an eggy flavor" upon sampling several of the meals.
"Meghan visited the castle to sample some of the dishes and informed one of the caterers that she could detect eggs," according to the source.
She became quite distressed, mentioning that the meal was supposed to be both vegan and macrobiotic.
The source claims that Meghan's conduct toward the caterer was so poor that Queen Elizabeth II had to step in.
"Out of nowhere, the Queen entered and stated, 'Meghan, within our family, we do not address others in such a manner,'" according to the source.
